When trying to do an in-app purchase with a test account you receive the error:
"Your account is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
Apparently this error has been very common this first week of December 2010.

Update 12/15/2010 - As of yesterday it looks like the accounts are working again. The other forums also indicate that it's up and running again.
